Our story

We don't make coconut water.
We borrow it.

In 2019 we spent a season sleeping in a hut at the edge of a Balinese grove, drinking straight from the nut and wondering why nothing in a can ever tasted like that. The answer was simple: time.

So we built a bottling line eleven minutes from the trees. Coconuts are tapped before nine, pressed before noon, and sealed while the water still remembers the tree. No heat. No concentrate. No shortcuts.

“The best coconut water is the one you drink standing barefoot, ten steps from the sea.” — Ayu, grove lead
Walk through the grove
The ritual

From tree to ice cold,
in under four hours.

01

Tap at sunrise

Hand-picked, hand-cracked. The grove is quiet enough to hear the first drop land.

02

Chill, never heat

Cold-pressed and cold-sealed at 4°C, so the flavour never cooks off on the way to you.

03

Sip slowly

Find shade. Take your shoes off. That's the whole instruction manual.

“I've tried every coconut water in the aisle. This is the first one that tastes like the actual beach and not a vitamin.”
MMaya R.Canggu, Bali
“Mango Sunset got me through a very long, very grey London winter. I ration them like a sensible person would.”
JJonah T.London, UK
“My whole team switched after one crate. It arrives cold, it tastes cold, and the cans are unreasonably beautiful.”
